使用 Applications

一、采用BT35防爆軸流風(fēng)機(jī)，需在出風(fēng)口中連接管道時(shí)，必須考慮與管道連接方式，以減少通風(fēng)機(jī)的動(dòng)壓在接管段因擴(kuò)散
而造成的損失。
When connecting the pipes to the outlet of the BT35 explosion-proof axial flow fan, take account of the connection wayto reduce the losswhich caused by dynamic pressure of ventilator in the a connected pipe.

1.當(dāng)管道 直徑與通風(fēng)機(jī)桶相等時(shí)，管道的擴(kuò)散損失可忽略不計(jì)(如圖1)；
2.當(dāng) ≤1.5時(shí)而管道長(zhǎng)度小于管內(nèi)徑5～8倍時(shí)，可不加擴(kuò)散器(如圖2)；
3.當(dāng)1.5≤ ＜2.5時(shí)，管道與通風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)安裝如圖所示型式之?dāng)U散器(如圖3)；
4.當(dāng) ＞2.5時(shí)，管道與通風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)安裝如圖所示型式之?dāng)U散器(如圖4)。
1.When the diameter of the pipe is equal to that of ventilator barrel, the lossof diffusion in pipecan be omitted(As shown in fig 1);
2.When ≤1.5and the pipe is 5~8 times shorter than the internal pipediameter,the diffuser can be unset(As shown in fig 2);
3.When 1.5≤ ＜2.5，the diffuser as shown in the diagram shall be fittedto the pipeand ventilator (As shown in fig 3);
4.When ＞2.5，the diffuser as shown in the diagram shall be fitted to thepipe andventilator (As shown in fig 4).
